Well, January is upon us and almost over. I was lucky enough to travel to Florida and spend two and a half weeks there. It has been a cold winter for Florida. While I was there the high temperatures were mostly in the 60's but there were some 50's and only a few 70's. The nights got down into the 30's and even a few 20's. Despite the chilly temps I really enjoyed my time there. Needless to say I didn't get any quilting done while there. I flew so was not able to take my sewing machine. I had some hand work I was working on but it was a gift for the friends I stayed with so once done with that I had not brought any other sewing projects to do.
Have you planned any new projects for this year? Or maybe pulled out a few more UFO's to work on this year? I will be continuing to try to whittle down my UFO's this year.
Make sure to check out the information on the bus shop hop trip coming up in April. Sounds like a fun trip. There is also information on a bus trip to Paducah if you are interested.
It is a new year with new possibilities!
